Project Management
Kablelink’s management team has decades of experience on a myriad of projects. This experience coupled with our skilled technicians, K-steps methodology and BPP software system helps ensure that projects go as smoothly as possible. Kablelink project managers:
Scope and Size Project: Regardless of size, all projects are individually assessed to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.
Identify applicable K-steps processes: Following a proven methodology in the planning stages of a project helps reduce unforseen costs and delays. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, it may not be necessary to follow each step defined in our K-steps methodology. Our project managers are skilled at knowing "what is and isn't" required.
Determine the skillsets, resources and tools required: Kablelink has a steady full-time staff of over 700 technicians and houses a web-based repository of over 10,000 temporary technicians that it has utilized on previous projects. In addition, Kablelink has a large inventory of tools, ladders, testers, fleet vehicles, freight vehicles with hydraulic lifts, warehouse space for centralizing and configuring hardware/software and much more.
Kablelink's proprietary web-based KBBP software system to help manage and monitor project: Our KBBP software product was designed and developed through a collaborative effort of all our business divisions "best practices". This system will always be a work in progress, due to changes in technology, projects and processes.
