BPP Software

Kablelink utilizes its own internally developed web-based tracking system. This tool is a collaborated effort from our business units to assist our project managers and customers manage and track project components. The BPP system comprises several different functionalities, including:
  • Project Management – Kablelink’s BPP Project Management module allows its managers to review details and status of a project. Managers can quickly examine timeframes, personnel, change requests, trouble tickets and associated costs.
  • Accounting – Our accounting module measures pricing, direct labor costs and administrative expenses.
  • HR – The HR module tracks all employees and independent contractors’ pertinent information, including:   driving record, insurance requirements, licenses and performance reviews.
  • Helpdesk/Dispatch – This module tracks the technicians assigned to a site and the associated change requests and trouble tickets.
  • Inventory Management – Our inventory module tracks all equipment and tools assigned to a specific site. Hardware is usually identified by serial # and/or bar codes.
  • Quality Control - Kablelink is always striving to improve the quality of its service. Random quality assessments are performed, documented and reviewed. Documentation includes written reviews, photographs and recorded video of project details.
